We are seeking a Raw Bar Chef to lead our raw seafood program, crafting dishes that highlight the best seasonal shellfish and seafood offerings. This role is ideal for a chef who specializes in raw preparations and enjoys working with pristine ingredients.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present raw bar offerings, ensuring top-tier quality.

• Work closely with purveyors to source the freshest seafood.

• Maintain impeccable food safety and cleanliness standards.

• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop creative presentations.
