Job Description
The primary responsibility of the sales consultant is to provide an exceptional customer experience while working towards finding the best car choice for new, existing, and referral-based clients. This involves creating a warm welcoming atmosphere, listening carefully to customers' responses, and assisting them in selecting a vehicle that meets their needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sell and deliver a minimum number of vehicles per month.
- Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery prior to arrival.
- Review and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly actions to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively.
- Introduce customers to service department personnel to emphasize the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance available in the dealership's service department.
- Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
- Maintain an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business and contribute to customer satisfaction.
- Exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
