What are the responsibilities and job description for the Viticulture and Winemaking Assistant position at Stoller Wine Group?
**Winemaker/Enologist Role:**
The Harvest Intern will assist the winemaking team in performing various tasks related to wine production, including cleaning and sanitation of the winery and equipment, crushpad and fruit processing, cap management tasks, inoculations and additions to juice/wine, winery equipment operations, wine and juice transfers, and racking, and barrel work.
**Job Requirements:
- Able to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs. independently, and up to 100 lbs. or more with assistance.
- Manual dexterity sufficient to reach, grasp, hold, handle items, and work with the fingers, wrists, elbows, and shoulders.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Able to read and comprehend instructions and write and communicate any corresponding information in English.
- Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately, using standard American and metric units of weight, mass, volume, and distance.
