Stoltzfus meats is a leading meat processing company dedicated to delivering high-quality products to our customers. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Packer at our Intercourse, PA location!
Responsibilities:
- Pack finished meat products into appropriate containers according to specified guidelines and standards.
- Ensure accurate labeling and packaging of products.
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a packing or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy boxes or packages as needed.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required.
