We have several very good designers/salespeople and will select the best cultural fit from amongst only the most qualified candidates. This position will work across our two locations, providing estimating for our 2.5 full-time designers/salespeople. If you are qualified as a designer/salesperson, please see our open add for that. This position will start in-person only (Colorado Springs and/or Parker) with potential for hybrid after the probationary period. Absolutely no remote-only applicants, please.

Job description
We need someone who has a demonstrated track record of significant success as an estimator or landscape design/build project manager. If you are a qualified and exceptional landscape architect and salesperson, please see our other job listing.

This individual must meet the following requirements:
· Manage time effectively to complete estimation/administrative duties in a fast-paced, seasonally-intense position
· High emphasis on collaboration with sales staff and operations team -- interpersonal relationship building is a must
· Can operate with minimal direction to accurately estimate residential landscape designs
· Not afraid to collaborate or seek direction with various members of management and staff
· Takes initiative for and accountability of own work
· Highly proficient with computers, specifically the Microsoft 365 suite and QuickBooks, experience with construction/landscape CRM is non-negotiable; experience with LMN would be a major plus
Qualifications that will set you apart:
· Significant experience on the sales and operations side of landscape design-build
· A proven track record of success in similar environments with a portfolio to match
· Strong understanding of the sales funnel and a commitment to the urgency required seasonally

· Ensuring on-time and accurate designs and estimates
· Interacting with various professional and trade business relationships

No specific educational or technical requirements exist for this position, but please be prepared to demonstrate your abilities with pictures of designs you've completed as well as speaking through the estimation process.
Total compensation package is to be determined based on applicant's experience level and ranges from $50,000-$85,000 per year. If you think that's you, please come do it!
