We have several very good crews who predominantly speak Spanish and will select the best cultural fit from amongst only the most qualified candidates. If this is not you, we apologize that we are not currently looking for someone who will require training.

This position will primarily work from our Colorado Springs location, with infrequent trips to our sister office in Parker/Castle Pines/Castle Rock.

Job description

We need someone who has a demonstrated track record of significant success as a Supervisor of multiple residential landscape construction crews, or--ideally--as a manager with hiring/firing authority over several landscape construction crews.

This individual must meet the following requirements:

· Manage resources effectively to complete all sold jobs in an efficient and professional manner

· High emphasis on collaboration with sales staff and administrative team -- interpersonal relationship building is a must

· Can operate with minimal direction to manage personnel, equipment, scheduling, and collaboration tasks as required to meet key performance indicators

· Not afraid to collaborate or seek direction with various members of management and staff

· Takes initiative for and accountability of own work

· Highly proficient with computers, specifically the Microsoft 365 suite and with construction/landscape CRM is non-negotiable; experience with LMN and/or QuickBooks would be a major plus

Qualifications that will set you apart:

· Significant experience on the sales and operations side of landscape design-build; possibly running your own business

· A proven track record of success in similar environments with a portfolio to match

Some specific tasks include:

· Planning projects and matching with the best-suited crews and equipment

· Interacting with various professional and trade business relationships

  • Equipment and materials vendors
  • Our administrative professionals
  • Our sales professionals
  • Our professional construction crews

No specific educational or technical requirements exist for this position, but please be prepared to demonstrate your abilities with pictures of designs you've completed as well as speaking through the design-build process.

Total compensation package is to be determined based on applicant's experience level and ranges from $60,000-$95,000 per year. Performance bonuses are available and we'd love to see you make well over $100,000/year.
