Stone Arch Law Office, PLLC is a busy estate planning law firm in Southwest Minneapolis. We are looking for an entry-level, full-time paralegal to play an important role on our team. You'll help with client intake and management, research, and document drafting. What You'll Do:
- Provide excellent customer service, including answering phones, greeting clients, and conducting client intake
- Conduct research related to real estate and relevant legal matters
- Serve as a witness for document signings
- Draft legal documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, deeds, and other supporting documents
- Serve as a backup to the Front Office Assistant
Education/Experience:
- Paralegal certificate or college degree
- 2 years experience in a law firm. Paralegal experience is preferred.
- Proven experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other standard technology
- Strong attention to detail, excellent grammar and legal terminology, and superior communication skills
- High-level organizational time-management abilities, with a friendly and proactive attitude
- Must be available to work in office Monday-Friday
- Experience working in a small firm environment is a plus
