Trueline's client, a boutique estate planning law firm in Minneapolis, is seeking a Full-Time Paralegal to join their team in providing exceptional client service and support. What You'll Do as the Paralegal:
- Craft essential legal documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
- Prepare and file probate documents using e-filing systems
- Conduct research on real estate and other relevant legal matters
- Manage client relations, including intake, scheduling, and communication
You'll Succeed as the Paralegal if you Have:
- 3 years of experience drafting estate planning documents
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, friendly demeanor
- Proficiency with legal software and office suites
- Ability to work independently and learn quickly
- Availability to work on-site during standard business hours
