Milestones, a division of Stone Belt, is hiring for a Skills Clinician in Columbus, Indiana!
As a Skills Clinician at Milestones, you will provide education, training and interventions to assist client in gaining skills to better manage mental health symptoms. These skills include but are not limited to, stress management, problem solving, emotion regulation and communication skills. You will also have the opportunity to provide services to children and adults in the home, school and community settings.
Essential duties of the position include: participate in team meetings, weekly clinical supervision, plan and implement skills training sessions with clients, complete clinical documentation that is accurate and meets organizational and Medicaid standards, including progress notes, care plans and reassessments.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human services field, or Bachelor’s degree in non-human services field with 6 months of direct support experience, or Associate’s degree in human services field with 1 year of direct support experience, or Associate’s degree in non-human services field with 1.5 years of direct support experience.
