What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dog Daycare Camp Counselor position at Stone Dog Inn?
Stone Dog Inn is looking to add a PART TIME Dog Camp Counselor to our team!
This position:
- Flexibility Monday-Sunday
- Availability year-round including holidays
- Opening & Closing shifts
- Must be 18
- Reliable transportation a must
- Prior dog daycare experience not required but highly encouraged
- $17/hour
This positions roles include:
- Supervising and leading the play of a large group of dogs made up of multiple breeds and sizes during morning play time.
- Comfortably and confidently interacting with dogs of all breeds and sizes.
- Managing the group's behavior, interactions, temperaments and understanding individual cues to ensure everyone's safety.
- Working together to take high quality photos of each pup daily.
- Treating our pups to ice creams, lick mats, 1-1 nature walks and other specialty services, and taking photos of each to share with clients.
- Maintaining a clean outdoor space at all times, constantly and quickly picking up after the group.
- Working indoors and outdoors in all New England weather.
- Cleaning and disinfecting all outdoor spaces & indoor spaces.
- Light side work and cleaning daily.
