What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Stone Engineering & Architecture DPC?
Job Overview:
A Project Manager with 5-7 years of experience will lead projects, report to the senior project manager, and delegate tasks to project associates. Candidates should have high-level project management and construction document skills and must be proficient in AutoCAD. The ideal candidate will have thorough architectural training, although he/she does not need to be licensed. You are also expected to collaborate with designers, engineers, and other project managers to aid with trade-specific drafting as needed.
Qualifications:
- Project Management of residential, commercial projects
- Understanding the client's needs and the repairs required at the building, developing restorative concepts in consultation with the client, and establishing final briefs and designs.
- Developing and managing all phases of the design/ documentation process
- Producing client presentations, reports, and periodic project assessment
- Developing scope of work, details, drawings, working closely with all City Agencies
- Mentor and train junior project team members, assist with other office/project-related tasks
- Must be authorized to work in the US
Experience:
AutoCAD proficiency and understanding of the program to generate construction documents and essential drawings (Min. 5-7 Years)
5 years of experience in the field of Engineering / Architecture in the US (preferably NYC)
Experience working on commercial and/or residential projects
Knowledge of NYC Building Codes
NYC / DOB Permitting Experience
Microsoft Office Suite (Proficient)
Scaffold Training Course Suspended Scaffold Class & Card
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred not Required)
