What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Worker position at STONE HARBOR RESORT?
Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Worker to join our team. As a Maintenance Worker, your top priority will be to keep the building running smoothly through regular upkeep such as repairs and cleaning. Your regular duties include fixing machinery, plumbing, heating, wiring, structural repairs, HVAC upkeep and painting. Other duties include:
- Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Performing preventative maintenance
- Handling basic repairs and maintenance
- Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary
- Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them
- Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary
- Inspecting buildings, maintaining inventory, and scheduling repairs
Experience is preferred, but not required.
