We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Lines CSR to join our team at Stone Hendricks Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our policyholders.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, each with their own unique needs and circumstances. You will need to be able to think critically and come up with creative solutions to complex problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist policyholders with policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims support.
- Issue insurance ID cards, certificates of insurance, and other policy documents as needed.
- Process endorsements and renewals in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
