Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will perform quantity surveying, cost estimation, and bid preparation for our projects. Key tasks include utilizing BlueBeam or equivalent software for accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimation, preparing detailed estimates, analyzing blueprints and specifications, conducting site visits, and coordinating with project managers and vendors.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have direct experience in stone, marble, or terrazzo construction and proficiency in BlueBeam, PlanSwift, or equivalent estimating software. Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and cost structures related to stone, marble, and terrazzo is also required. Excellent communication skills for working with vendors, project managers, and clients are essential.
