Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the primary account manager with managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service. Insurance License is not a requirement but is a bonus and will be required within 1 year of employment. AMS360 Experience is a plus. Minimum of 2 years experience in insurance is a must. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams. Must possess the ability to work independently, have a strong attention to detail and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Duties
- Assist the primary Account Manager with processing for a diverse portfolio of commercial lines insurance accounts.
- Communicate effectively with the primary account manager and agent when necessary
- Daily work may include certificate issuance, policy changes, invoicing and audits and processing of premium financing and invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details in the agency management system.
