Purpose and Role
Our client is a growing multi- location health care provider. This position is responsible for leading and overseeing the strategic operational objectives for the company. The Director of Operations will ensure location leaders have the resources, tools, and knowledgebase to support the organization to achieve operational, compliance, and regulatory objectives.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
-Drives the development and strategic objectives of the company.
-In alignment with COO, establishes business objectives and annually evaluates business objectives to disseminate to all functions of the business.
-Manages operational activities related to the oversight of production, product management, location management, and daily operational activities
-Leads location management through operational KPIs and directs management on operational adjustments needed to improve metrics.
-Directs leadership on activities to increase collections, yield, decrease processing times, and ultimately improves all identified KPIs.
-Continuously collaborates with other business services such as human resources, information technology, training, regulatory, and legal to ensure alignment with all
business objectives to drive efficiency, compliancy and overall company success.
Requirements
-B.S./B.A degree required. Also, acceptable educational requirements include Degree or Certificate in Business Management or Organizational development. Experience with medical equipment inventory and regulations is a big plus.
-A minimum of 4 years’ experience as a people manager is required.
Salary : $175,000 - $200,000
