What are the responsibilities and job description for the Portfolio Manager position at Stone Management?
Our client, a publicly traded middle market lender located in midtown, is looking for a Portfolio Manager for their CRE/Middle Markets group.
Responsibilities will include:
Review of CRE portfolio reports and help facilitate any potential problems
Review of construction loan requests and maintain existing relationships
Review and recommend any advances on construction projects
Provide guidance to the CRE/Middle Market teams
Provide quarterly reporting on CRE portfolio, including construction projects
Great team approach and workplace.
Ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of PM experience.
This position requires strong working knowledge in the CRE space. Exposure to Construction loans
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
