Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist guests with check-out procedures
- Manage reservations and room assignments efficiently
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts accurately
- Perform night audit duties as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Knowledge of hotel management software systems
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or guest services is a plus
- Familiarity with resort or hotel operations is advantageous
