About The Role

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive legal support to the personal injury attorneys and paralegal staff.
- Draft and review disclosure statements.
- Draft and review discovery documents, motions, and correspondence.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and legal proceedings.
- Investigate case facts and gather evidence to help in the negotiation of legal disputes.
- Manage regular client communications, providing timely updates and addressing inquiries.
- Communicate with opposing counsel and other case-related parties.
- Prepare and organize case files for hearings, mediations, and trials.
- Track critical deadlines and maintain accurate calendaring for all case-related timelines.
- Assist with document management, including organizing, and maintaining case files.
- 1-3 years of experience as a paralegal, specifically in personal injury litigation.
- Proven expertise in case management and litigation support.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Outstanding organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong client service orientation with a professional demeanor.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Filevine.
