Our client is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to manage personal injury cases beyond pre-litigation, handling depositions, hearings, mediations, trials, and case strategy.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $150,000 - $250,000 Bonus (DOE)

Location: In-person, Arizona
Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shift
Qualifications
Licensed Arizona Attorney in good standing
5 years Plaintiff Personal Injury litigation experience
Strong knowledge of Arizona court rules & procedures
Proficient in pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, & trials
Extensive negotiation experience
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all litigation aspects of personal injury cases beyond pre-litigation
Draft pleadings, motions, and manage discovery
Represent clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings
Skills & Requirements
Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet strict deadlines
