Stone Warehouse USA is one of the largest suppliers of natural and engineered stone in Florida and Michigan with multiple locations and expanding. We are renowned for the high quality and unique selection of granite, marble, quartzite, and Porcelain slabs. We are the exclusive distributor of Quantum Quartz, an engineered stone produced with the finest materials. We are also an exclusive distributor for Lapitec, a sintered stone is a matrix of minerals heated (sintered) to form a solid impenetrable mass. Our slabs have been imported from Italy, Brazil, India, and Asia for the past 18 yrs.
We also offer a wide range of products including tile and backsplash materials to coordinate with a brand new or an existing countertop.
We are currently seeking an outside sales representative to join one of the fastest growing companies in the stone industry and become a vital part of our Sterling Heights, Michigan team.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Sell, promote, and present Granite and Quartz products to our existing and prospective customers within the stone industry (Fabricators, Builders, Developers, Kitchen & Bath Retailers, Contractors, and develop new customers)
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships with current and potential customers.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes.
- Analyze potential gains, set targets, track sales, and report accomplishments.
- Supply reports on customer needs, problems, and competitive activities.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: * Proven work experience as an outside sales representative. Experience with sales in the construction industry is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to build productive business relationships.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Prioritizing time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the customers needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Must be able to work alternating Saturdays 9am 2pm.

Pay: Salary PLUS an aggressive commission package.
