In this role, you will be responsible for strengthening relationships with current and prospective dealers, ensuring they have the training, support, and marketing tools needed to promote Warthog products effectively. Key Responsibilities
The Warthog Dealer Manager is expected to:
- Foster a team culture consistent with the StoneAge OWN IT mindset.
- Support dealers directly while ensuring clear communication across the organization.
- Partner with North American Warthog Dealers on stocking levels, training, pricing, discounts, quotes, and territory management.
- Work with the Warthog Dealer Support Manager to generate growth opportunities within the dealer network.
- Expand the dealer network by identifying and developing new North American Warthog Dealers in partnership with your manager.
- Evaluate and update dealer agreements as needed to maintain strong, strategic partnerships.
- Develop annual sales goals and sales plans with your manager and track monthly progress using the BI Tool to report on growth and trends.
- Deliver on-site technical training for dealers on current and new Warthog products, including jetting charts, pricing, demos, and general dealer-related issues.
- Lead Warthog Authorized Repair Center classes for dealers.
- Assist in implementing pricing strategies and developing marketing initiatives to support dealer sales efforts.
- Help develop the Warthog Dealer Training Program to ensure dealers are well-equipped for success.
- Collaborate with Engineering on new product development, field testing, and product improvements, including upgrades and failure analysis.
- Log product failures correctly through the ECR request and case system.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with dealer information, including contacts, competitive insights, and sales tracking.
- Provide weekly reports to management on dealer performance and competitive activity.
- Participate in internal meetings, whether in person or remotely, to ensure alignment across departments.
- Attend trade shows and industry events domestically to support dealer relationships and brand presence.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by your manager.
The Warthog Dealer Manager must have:
- A proven track record of excellent customer service, leading by example with a customer-first mindset in every action and interaction.
- Business development experience, including sales, marketing, product development, and vendor management.
- A strong mechanical aptitude and a resourceful approach to problem-solving.
- Extensive experience in dealer and channel management with a deep understanding of how to build and support a dealer network.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Warthog products, including performance, maintenance, and safe operation.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Salesforce, Jetting charts, and Microsoft Office.
- The ability to communicate effectively with dealers, set expectations, and build strong working relationships.
- A team-oriented mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments.
- Self-leadership skills, with a proactive and strategic approach to managing responsibilities.

- Location: This position is based in the United States.
- Travel: This role requires regular domestic travel to support dealer relationships, with frequency varying based on account needs and account management.
