This position is seasonal, and your employment will be temporary in nature. The duration of your employment is tied to the season and will end upon the conclusion of the season. There is no guarantee of continued employment beyond the seasonal period, and your employment will automatically terminate at the end of the season, unless otherwise extended or renewed in writing.

Position Summary:

We're seeking a high-energy, guest-focused Rooftop Host/Hostess (Rooftop Captain) to lead the flow of rooftop service and cabana experiences. This seasonal role is all about creating unforgettable first impressions, managing reservations, selling and coordinating cabana setups, and ensuring our guests experience the best view—and vibe—in Denver. You’ll be the first face they see and the one who sets the tone for their visit.

Must be available weekends and holidays. This is a seasonal, outdoor-facing role, perfect for those who love hospitality and sunshine.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet guests with a warm, confident welcome and guide them to the best rooftop experience
• Manage seating and guest flow
• Handle cabana inquiries, upsell and book private lounge spaces, and coordinate special requests
• Communicate cabana setup needs with the rooftop team to ensure timely, flawless presentation
• Monitor rooftop capacity, anticipate guest needs, and maintain waitlist as needed
• Provide menus, share seasonal specials, and be knowledgeable about food & beverage offerings
• Coordinate with servers and managers during peak hours and special events
• Perform light side duties such as folding napkins, restocking menus, and keeping the host stand organized
• Thank guests as they leave, encourage repeat visits, and relay feedback to management
• Assist in pre-opening prep and post-shift breakdown to ensure the rooftop is always guest-ready
• Be a go-to resource for both guests and team members—you're the captain of the floor
