We’re looking for a Seasonal Rooftop Supervisor to help lead operations at Kisbee on the Roof. This role supports our rooftop management team and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment. From opening and closing the venue to resolving guest issues, handling cash and inventory, and guiding the team during peak service—this position is all about leading by example and ensuring the Kisbee experience is seamless from start to finish.
Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays. This is a seasonal, outdoor role—perfect for hospitality pros who can bring the energy and keep things cool under pressure.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist in the daily leadership of rooftop operations, including supervising floor and bar teams
- Take charge of opening and closing duties—ensuring the rooftop is guest-ready
- Handle cash and reconcile drawer totals accurately at the end of shift
- Manage on-site guest concerns with professionalism, urgency, and a solutions-first mindset
- Collaborate with the host team on seating flow and cabana coordination
- Maintain clear communication between front-of-house staff, kitchen, and management
- Jump in to support service as needed—whether it’s seating guests, running food, or assisting behind the bar
- Uphold and enforce company standards for service, cleanliness, safety, and appearance
- Motivate the team and help drive a fun, inclusive, and respectful rooftop culture
What You Bring to the Rooftop:
- Previous supervisory or lead experience in hospitality, restaurant, or rooftop/bar settings
- Solid understanding of cash handling, POS systems, and inventory processes
- Strong conflict resolution and guest service skills—you know how to de-escalate and deliver solutions
- Ability to coach, train, and lead a team with confidence and positivity
- Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable working in outdoor elements (sun, wind, light rain—you name it)
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- TIPS certification (or willingness to complete prior to start)
