Your Day-to-Day:
- Greet guests with a smile and a “welcome to the rooftop” energy
- Shake, stir, and pour signature cocktails and classic favorites with flair
- Provide exceptional service and personalized guest experiences
- Keep the bar clean, stocked, and photo-ready at all times
- Build regulars by remembering names and go-to orders
- Know the menu inside and out—answer questions with confidence
- Follow all safety and alcohol service guidelines (TIPS certification required)
- Keep the good times rolling while maintaining accuracy at the register
- Support the team and keep the vibes high from open to close
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- This is a seasonal, outdoor position—you’ll be soaking up the sun (and maybe dodging a summer storm or two)
- Bartending experience preferred—bonus points if you’ve worked in high-volume or rooftop settings
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and love for hospitality
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet during busy shifts
- Confident using POS systems and handling cash/credit transactions
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Colorado
- TIPS certification (or willingness to complete it before your first shift)
