The Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing provides strategic leadership in driving revenue growth, brand positioning, and business development across the company’s hotel portfolio. This role collaborates closely with the executive team to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, optimize cost management, and enhance overall business sustainability.Essential Functions and Duties : Develops and implements comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance brand positioning, and meet financial objectives.Provides leadership, direction, and performance management for the sales and marketing teams.Collaborates with the executive team to identify new business opportunities and strengthen brand presence.Analyzes sales and marketing performance data and adjusts strategies to optimize revenue.Leads initiatives for cost management and overall business sustainability.Establishes and nurtures strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.Ensures alignment of sales and marketing initiatives with company-wide strategic goals.Drives innovation within sales and marketing functions by leveraging emerging market trends.Oversees the development and execution of marketing campaigns and brand strategies.Prepares and presents regular reports to senior leadership on sales and marketing performance.Manages budget and resource allocation for sales and marketing departments.Guides marketing strategies to enhance guest engagement and competitive differentiation.Required Experience, Education, and Skills : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.10 years of progressive leadership experience in sales and marketing.Deep understanding of market trends and customer behavior.Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven sales and marketing strategies.Extensive experience in forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.Strong analytical skills to evaluate sales performance and market conditions.Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and developing sales and marketing professionals.Experience working with C-Level executives.Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools.Work Environment : Primarily works in a corporate office environment.Requires regular travel to hotel properties and client meetings.Frequent interaction with executive leadership and external stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Other Duties :
