Bilingual Construction Site Superintendent

Stonebrook Exterior is seeking a bilingual Construction Superintendent to join our team. The Construction Superintendent will oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with a diverse team and stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise construction activities on-site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor progress and quality of workmanship to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
• Communicate regularly with project managers and other team members to provide updates on project status, utilizing bilingual communication as necessary.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in construction supervision or a related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other construction software is a plus.
