**Job Description**">
As a Physical Therapist (PT) at Synchrony, you will be responsible for providing a full range of physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment. Your primary focus will be on evaluating patients' physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs, and developing personalized treatment plans to improve their physical function. You will also maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans to address various conditions and injuries, such as musculoskeletal disorders, neurological deficits, and cardiopulmonary conditions.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists, to ensure seamless care delivery and optimize patient outcomes.

• Stay current with best practices and research findings in physical therapy, incorporating new knowledge and techniques into your practice to enhance patient care and satisfaction.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**">
To excel in this role, you must possess a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program and maintain a current, valid state PT licensure or certification. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Additionally, you should be able to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing situations and priorities.

• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills to evaluate complex patient cases and develop effective treatment plans.

• Ability to lift, bend, and move freely in a fast-paced clinical environment, with frequent changes in temperature, humidity, and noise levels.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software systems, with basic computer skills and typing proficiency.
