StoneGate Senior Living, LP, a premier provider of support services to senior care facilities, is seeking a Regional Director of Business Development & Admissions for its Oklahoma City and Tulsa, OK Regions. StoneGate Senior Living provides management services to 32 healthcare facilities, which employ a total of more than 4,200 employees. The Regional Director of Business Development & Admissions will develop and foster relationships, programs & sales pipelines with key referral sources in the OKC & Tulsa regions. Key referral sources are defined as organizations or individuals, primary and secondary hospitals, health systems, physicians, physician practices, hospitalist groups, managed care companies, home health agencies, that make referrals to one or more of StoneGate’s PAC facilities.
The Regional Director of Business Development & Admissions will be responsible for multiple locations, providing consultation to the facility-specific marketers in the rural markets (i.e., Lawton, OK & Garland, OK) & direct supervision to the hospital-based liaisons in the urban markets (i.e., Oklahoma City, OK & Tulsa, OK). Internally, the RDBD will assure that all marketing logs and CRM systems pertaining to sales contacts, referrals, admissions & discharges are current and on-line.
The Regional Director of Business Development & Admissions will work closely with Admission Coordinators to ensure that the admission process, including paperwork, is current & within regulatory compliance; and train as needed.

Job Requirements
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in business or related field; or (5) five years related field experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
- At least (2) two years of experience with referral development and contact; (2) two years’ experience as a long-term care Marketing Director preferred.
- Should possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
- SNF & LTC admissions knowledge and / or experience.
- The ability to multi-task and identify / interact with various referral sources.
- Ability to communicate in English via phone, in writing and verbally in conversation with various levels of staff and all external contacts.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Clinical knowledge is a plus.
- Must be able to travel (50%).
