Technical support encompasses direct assistance via phone, online meetings, and onsite visits; developing requirements documents based on industry standards; creating knowledge base articles on the software; and performing testing.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proficiency with Stonemont software
Asphalt quality control and mix design expertise
Concrete quality control and mix design experience
Familiarity with construction materials testing standards
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficient computer skills
