Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relations Associate at Stonepath Wealth Management in Traverse City, MI. The Client Relations Associate will support financial advisors by helping to manage the client relationships and by assisting with the onboarding of new clients. This includes the following responsibilities:
- greeting clients in a hospitable manner
- answering phones and conversing with clients
- use CRM and other online systems used to generate paperwork and reports for advisors and clients
- scheduling client meetings
- manage and oversee workflows for self and financial advisor to ensure necessary tasks are performed in a timely manner
- all administrative tasks such as handling mail, ordering office supplies, faxing, scanning, etc.
This role requires someone that is well-spoken, maintains a professional demeanor, and has a helpful and friendly attitude.
Qualifications
- 3 years of industry experience
- High School diploma required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
