Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the customer service team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Oversee daily operations within the customer service department, including shift management.
- Train and develop front end cashiers and baggers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Monitor cash register operations and ensure accuracy in transactions.
Skills
