Duties
- Design and create floral arrangements for events, weddings, and retail sales
- Consult with customers to determine their floral needs and preferences
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the design workspace
- Manage inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality
- Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions about products and services
Experience
- Previous experience in floral design or related fields is preferred
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Retail sales experience, and retail math, is beneficial
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with customers and team members
