In this role, you will receive comprehensive training to master the art and science of crafting exceptional coffee blends. Follow our established procedures and standards to roast our diverse portfolio of coffees while maintaining a clean work area and ensuring accurate documentation. Throughout the training program, you will learn scaling batches, data collection, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and cleaning techniques. Additional quality-related duties will be introduced as your training progresses.

Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Manufacturing experience preferred; supervised training provided
- Must be a team player with legible handwriting and basic math skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to operate industrial equipment, including pallet jacks.
- Physically demanding role; ability to lift up to 70 pounds and perform repetitive motions.
- Stand for 8 hours a day, with bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, and twisting.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Flexibility and willingness to learn to assist in other areas of the business, including packaging and occasional support in the warehouse.
