Duties
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage and coordinate the leasing process, including marketing available units, screening potential tenants, and preparing lease agreements.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are met
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repairs, working closely with contractors and vendors.
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities, including tenant information, lease agreements, maintenance requests, and financial transactions.
- Collect and deposit rents
- Implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income
