This role provides hands-on experience in market research, data management, and process optimization, working closely with the Chief Market Strategist (CMS) and team. This role provides hands-on experience in market research, data management, and process optimization, working closely with the Chief Market Strategist (CMS) and team. This role offers valuable exposure to financial markets, investment strategy, and institutional research—ideal for candidates looking to develop key skills in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build out process for ongoing and sustainable tracking and analysis of readership metrics, providing regular reports to the team.
- Develop system to get readership to corresponding salespeople
- Manage and update distribution lists, ensuring accurate and timely content delivery.
- Organize files and research materials to improve workflow efficiency.
- Liaise with marketing and Salesforce teams to enhance outreach and engagement.
- Develop and refine processes to improve team productivity and content distribution.
- Support the team with charts, data visualizations, and research summaries for reports and presentations.
- Assist with real-time market monitoring and ad hoc research tasks.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented.
- Studying or have a degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills, with an interest in market research and data analysis.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and willing to learn Salesforce and other tools.
- A team player who communicates clearly and works well under deadlines.

- Available for a June 2025 start date for an 8 – 10-week program
- Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
- 5 days in-office
- Travel requirements (if applicable)
