Responsibilities
Position Purpose: We are looking for an experienced individual to undertake the Compliance Monitoring role with the aim to further enhance the monitoring activities of the department. Fluency in German or Polish is required.
Primary duties will include:
- Review and approve of the Company’s marketing material.
- Monitoring activities in relation to the different channels used by the Company to publish its marketing material.
- Affiliates monitoring.
- Monitoring of all clients’ communication with the Company.
- Identify and report any misconduct.
- Assist in the monitoring of the Company’s operational functions.
- Assist in the Company’s Internal Training Programme.
- Drafting relevant reports to management.
- Transactions monitoring.
- Any other ad hoc work that relates to the department.
Qualifications
To land this role you will need:
- At least 1 year of effective working experience at similar role in a Cyprus Investment Firm.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Confidence to interact with individuals from all levels of the business.
- Holder of CySEC advanced Certificate will be an advantage.
- Holder of CySEC AML Certificate will be an advantage.
- Fluency in German or Polish is required.
- Fluency in any other language will be an advantage.
Education / Certification Requirements:
- University degree in a related discipline.

- Hybrid (2 days from home, 3 days from the office)
