Responsibilities
Job purpose:
Provide HR advisory and business partnering to business leaders in Pune. Pune is our technology development centre primarily for Global payments with a large team. Along with Global payments there are other smaller teams in Compliance and Operations. With the StoneX strategy of an exponential growth and Global payments planning to drive back office technology development from the Pune centre, the team in Pune will grow overtime. A dedicated HRBP in Pune will support the business with workforce and talent planning, on ground employee engagement, manage local ER issues and will make the business productive. Utilizes knowledge of various human resources functions to provide tactical support to line managers. Acts as liaison with other HR functions. Provides change management leadership as needed. Works and aligns with Head HR India and HRBP India to implement the India policies in Pune
Primary duties will include:
- Consulting with Pune Busines leaders and provide daily HR guidance
- Analyze trends and metrics with the India and Global HR teams
- Resolving complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Work with the Head HR India and India HRBP for implementing the L&D cycle for India
- Partners with all areas of HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT.
- Lead or contribute to various HR Projects across our team but potentially across other teams.
- Maintains a clear and detailed knowledge of the industry trends, best practices, and labor legislation.
- Participates in the documentation and implementation of common HR processes across the organization as a foundation to streamline processes, minimize transaction time, maximize productivity, and utilize technology.
- Works on various research projects and/or special projects as assigned.
- Promotes company’s reputation as “best place to work”.
- Assist in the development and implementation of people plans and solutions to achieve people initiatives and deliver results and a work environment where all employees can thrive and grow.
- Provide compensation support to leaders for all salary actions including the annual salary review, promotions, and job re-leveling situations.
- Partner with the organization to work with managers and employees to address various employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests.

Qualifications
To land this role you will need:
- 10-12 years of experience in HR and atleast 5 years being an HRBP
- Knowledge and experience of handling ER issues and handling grievances
- Preferable to have knowledge and experience on managing the L&D cycle
- Experience of implementing and managing talent development process
- Advisory and coaching
