Tenthpin is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Resource Manager to manage global staffing operations with a strong focus on SAP-skilled resources and global benchmarking initiatives. The ideal candidate should bring hands-on experience working with SAP professionals, excellent Excel skills, and the ability to drive data-based decision-making in a global consulting environment.
What you will be doing
· Oversee global resourcing and staffing for SAP projects across multiple geographies.
· Collaborate with delivery leads to forecast, allocate, and track resource demand and supply.
· Lead global benchmarking efforts to align internal talent data with industry trends and standards.
· Build and maintain accurate resource dashboards, utilization trackers, and availability reports using advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, formulas, macros).
· Analyze resourcing patterns to identify gaps, optimize utilization, and support strategic workforce planning.
· Serve as a key liaison between delivery, HR, and Talent Acquisition for SAP-related staffing needs.
· Ensure resource data quality and timely updates in internal tools and systems.
Required Skills & Experience:
· 4 years of experience in resource or workforce management within a consulting or IT environment.
· Deep understanding of SAP technologies and experience managing SAP-skilled professionals.
· Strong Microsoft Excel skills – must be comfortable working with large datasets, complex formulas, and dynamic reports.
· Experience with global benchmarking and familiarity with industry standards.
· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with resource management tools (e.g., SAP Fieldglass, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar platforms).
· Prior exposure to global delivery models and cross-cultural team coordination.
· Certification in Workforce Planning or Project Management is a plus.
