Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and eager Corporate Office Intern to join our dynamic team at Stoney Clover Lane. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a corporate office environment, supporting key departments with administrative tasks, projects, and day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn while contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
• Support in ongoing projects and operations.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare meeting materials, and take meeting notes.
• Help prepare presentations, reports, and other documentation as needed.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of team members.
• Assist with data entry and database management.
• Conduct research for specific projects or tasks, providing summaries or reports as needed.
• Support team members with any other ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in design programs such as InDesign and Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work well within a team.
• Prior internship or office experience is a plus but not required.
