Job Overview:
As a Maintenance Team Member, you’ll play an essential role in supporting the maintenance team with a variety of tasks across different properties. Whether it’s general maintenance, cleaning, minor repairs, or assisting with specialized tasks, your work will help keep our clients’ properties in excellent condition. You’ll be an integral part of a team that is committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Landscape Maintenance: Assist with basic landscaping tasks including trimming, weeding, mulching, pruning, and bed edging.
- Property Clean-Up: Ensure that properties are well-kept, including picking up debris, sweeping walkways, clearing leaves, and maintaining clean outdoor spaces.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and other team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.
- Tool and Equipment Management: Assist with the care and maintenance of tools and equipment, ensuring they are properly stored and ready for use.
- Safety and Cleanliness: Adhere to safety protocols, ensuring a safe work environment for you and the team, and maintain cleanliness at job sites.
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance experience is a plus but not required—willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to perform a variety of tasks and work in different environments (indoor and outdoor).
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to take initiative.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and safety procedures is helpful.
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
