Sales and ServiceAs a Territory Manager at Stonhard, you will be responsible for meeting and engaging new and repeat customers in your territory. You will assess their needs and provide a consultative Stonhard solution. Customer sales calls include a mix of existing/repeat business along with prospecting for new customers and projects.
Salary and BenefitsThe base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, with uncapped commission potential (first 2 years) approximating $15,000 - $50,000. Additionally, you can expect competitive pay, nationwide recognition, and a pension plan, as well as flexible scheduling and life insurance.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience in B2B end-user sales, preferably in construction, commercial, or industrial sectors.
- Proven success in business development and project management, interacting at all levels.
- Strong capacity to learn a new industry.
