We are a growing real estate development firm seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reconciling bookkeeping for multiple entities within the company. This position offers flexible work hours, with 1 to 2 days a week in the office based in Orange, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile and maintain accurate financial records for multiple entities.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Assist with budget preparation and cash flow management.
- Perform other related financial tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or finance manager.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Real estate experience is a plus, but not required.
