Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for a full time associate to join our team immediately.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Answering phones.
- Complete daily reports, process payments, and make daily bank deposits..
- Utilize phone etiquette when handling customer calls, ensuring professionalism at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Checking rental trucks in and out.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Experience in supervising is a plus.
- Ability to count and handle money.
- Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
- Valid Driver's license.
- Must be able to work Monday - Friday and some Saturdays as well as rotate between two additional facilities in Lagrange, GA.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
