Self-storage is one of the fastest growing sectors of the retail sales industry. StorageMart is the largest independent providers of self-storage for business and domestic customers in Canada, the United States and the U.K.

- Create schedules (Market Director still responsible for approving PTO)
- Approve Purchase Orders. Market Director still responsible for all Medius approvals
- Approve Amazon Orders
- Reviews and submits VC claims to Claims Dept
- Ensures all stores submit monthly merchandise inventory and expense reports timely
- Resolve Customer Complaints
- Field inquiries from store staff (questions about accounts, customer situations, sales guidance, property questions), provide aid to resolve.
- Serves as initial local point of contact for IT concerns, escalates the issue through fresh service when needed
- Review and approve lock cut paperwork and auctions
- Compile KPI data as requested by Market Director
- Review maintenance needs in maintenance app, schedule maintenance personnel as appropriate. Schedules 3rd party vendors/obtain quotes when needed, with work to be approved by Market Director
- Manages vendor work, escalates concerns to Market Director. Market Director to approve all contracts.
