Job Overview:

Assist Department Manager with:
- Manage day-to-day deli and bakery operations, including production, inventory, and quality control
- Lead and motivate department staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to increase department sales and profitability
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients
- Oversee menu planning, pricing, and product development
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations in the department
- Train new employees on deli and bakery procedures and standards
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in restaurant management or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Knowledge of catering, banquet, and food service operations
