What are the responsibilities and job description for the Third Party Management Client Services Manager position at StorageMart | MMS?
Self-storage is one of the fastest growing sectors of the retail sales industry. StorageMart is the largest independent providers of self-storage for business and domestic customers in Canada, the United States and the U.K.
Summary: The TPM Client Services Manager will be the first point of contact for TPM Clients contacting StorageMart for assistance. This person will need a great understanding of StorageMart’s systems and each department’s purpose and responsibilities. The successful candidate will be an integral member of the 3rd Party Management Team.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Field and respond to calls and emails from TPM Clients and interested parties, answering their questions with a positive approach.
2. Navigate the StorageMart processes and departments, finding answers to TPM Client questions and responding accordingly.
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills, utilizing these skills when communicating with StorageMart clients, vendors, employees, and departments.
4. Develop positive relationships with TPM Clients and prospects, representing StorageMart and Manhattan Mini Storage in a positive light while working with vendors and clients.
5. Exhibit fantastic organizational skills working with internal and external TPM Clients, keeping notes in the CRM system.
6. Assist TPM sales and administration efforts on a daily basis.
7. Solid understanding of accounting; ability to prepare and interpret a balance sheet, income statement and statement of cash flows.
8. Ability to navigate a GL and AP system and locate supporting documents needed to answer TMP client’s questions.
9. Build an understanding of StorageMart’s marketing, revenue management, value coverage, and operational processes to be able to discuss and them intelligently with TPM Clients.
10. Train future TPM and StorageMart employees.
11. Assist with occasional setup and coordination of our booth at national and state trade shows, sometimes attending to positively represent StorageMart, advertise TPM, and build relationships with new and existing clients.
12. Other duties as assigned.
