Maintenance Technician / Office Assistant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician/Office Assst. to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our facility, ensuring that all equipment and systems are in optimal working condition, and the property is well maintained including some landscaping. The candidate will also transition to work in the office with customers and tenants to provide a stellar customer service experience. We offer a flexible weekday schedule, Saturdays are mandatory.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Perform maintenance tasks such as cleaning, sweeping, minor plumbing, and basic landscaping such as mowing and edging
- Maintain a professional and courteous appearance and demeanor at all times
- Keep maintenance inventory logs and follow a daily task list

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and systems
- Ability to operate hand and power tools safely
- High school diploma or equivalent; maintenance and landscaping experience is a plus

Pay: $17.50 - $19.50 per hour
