What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Associate position at StorCo Storage?
StorCo Storage is a fast growing self storage operator in the St Louis area looking for an energetic property manager that loves to interact with people! Property manager will oversee one or more facilities, run on a partially manned, partially remote basis.
The right candidate pays attention to details, stays organized, and looks forward to finding solutions for problems. The right fit will enjoy interacting with customers and is also able to productively work independently. This position is involved in all phases of the operation, including: leasing storage & parking, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising onsite projects, and maintaining good relationships with tenants.
Base Pay: $15-18/hr plus Monthly Incentive bonus opportunities.
Job Functions And Responsibilities:
Rental of storage units
Preparing rental agreements
Handling financial transactions and banking activities
Able to lift 25 lbs
Able to spend up to 8 hrs per day on feet
Maintaining general curb appeal
Must have reliable transportation, including a valid Driver’s License
Other duties as assigned by the Company
