As the heart and soul of StoreEase, Virtual Managers play a vital role in the success of the organization. You will be responsible for making the first impression with our customers and be the face of our brand. Virtual managers act as the liaisons between customers, the facilities and various internal teams at StoreEase, from maintenance to marketing to accounting and more. Your day-to-day work will revolve around taking virtual video calls with customers in our stores, and calling in over the phone, who need help with storage-related products and services. For example, you will assist customers with moving in and out of their storage units, making reservations, answering questions, and helping with payments and other services offered by StoreEase.

The ideal candidate will handle all interactions professionally and efficiently, be process-driven, meet data-driven metrics and goals, and above all, act in a courteous and friendly manner when serving the customer.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations at our storage properties
- Model elite customer service during every interaction with customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
- Have a sales mindset
- Drive metric performance in our Key Performance Indicators
- Engage in all incoming and outgoing customer communications
- Support our facility quality team by monitoring each location's cleanliness and on-site operations
Qualifications
- Organized and ability to multitask
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Sales background is preferred
- Basic computer literacy, with experience in CRM or call center software preferred
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
